These Terms govern access to the Venus Store website and purchases from Venus Store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Business and reseller status

Venus Store is a retail brand operated under Viscart Digital Ventures, a proprietorship of Deepika Arora. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, Venus Store acts as a reseller and is not the manufacturer, brand owner, trademark owner or exclusive authorized dealer of third-party branded products.

Third-party brand names, logos and product images belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and sale of genuine products. We source through suppliers and trade channels we reasonably believe to be legitimate. Manufacturer warranties, guarantees and usage instructions apply only as stated by the relevant manufacturer and applicable law.

Eligibility and account responsibility

You must be legally capable of entering a binding contract or use the website under the supervision of a parent or lawful guardian. Information supplied to us must be accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for account credentials and activity conducted through your account or device.

Product information and responsible use

We take reasonable care with descriptions, images, ingredients, shades, quantities and compatibility information, but manufacturers may update packaging, formulation or presentation without notice. Screen settings can affect colour. Read the physical label, ingredients, warnings and directions before use; the physical product information prevails if there is a discrepancy.

Beauty and personal-care results vary. Product content is not medical advice and does not promise a particular result. Conduct an appropriate patch test where recommended, discontinue use if irritation occurs, and seek qualified medical advice for allergies, pregnancy-related concerns, medical conditions or adverse reactions. Do not use a product after its expiry or contrary to its label.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Automated acknowledgements confirm receipt, not acceptance. We accept an order when we dispatch it or expressly confirm acceptance. We may verify payment, stock, identity, address and order legitimacy before acceptance. Each dispatched item may form a separate contract.

Prices, taxes and errors

Prices and promotions may change without notice before an order is accepted. The checkout total includes or identifies applicable taxes, shipping and other charges. If a material pricing, tax, discount or listing error is discovered, we may contact you for instructions or cancel and refund the affected item before delivery. We will not substitute an item without appropriate authorization.

Payment

Payment methods shown at checkout are provided by independent payment partners and may have separate terms. You authorize the selected provider to process the amount shown. We may cancel an order if payment is not completed, is reversed, cannot be verified, or appears unauthorized or fraudulent. Never disclose an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or banking password to us.

Shipping, cancellation, returns and refunds

The Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Return and Refund Policy form part of these Terms. Read them before ordering. Their time limits and evidence requirements help us verify courier and product claims, but do not remove remedies that applicable law requires.

Acceptable use

You must not:

· Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity.

· Interfere with security, access controls, website operation, accounts or networks; introduce malware; scrape at unreasonable scale; or attempt unauthorized access.

· Submit false reviews, manipulated evidence, fraudulent payment disputes, false non-delivery claims or product substitutions.

· Copy, reproduce, sell or exploit website content, software, design or data except as permitted by law or written authorization.

· Impersonate another person, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or use automated purchasing to defeat quantity or fairness controls.

Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, image, video or feedback, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not violate another person’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, format and display it for operating and promoting Venus Store. We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but are not required to publish every submission.

Intellectual property

The Venus Store name, website design, original text, graphics and arrangement are owned by or licensed to Viscart Digital Ventures. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping. Third-party marks and content remain the property of their owners.

Availability and third party services

We may modify, suspend or discontinue website features, products or promotions. The website may rely on Shopify, payment providers, SmartShip, couriers, communication tools and other third parties. We are not responsible for an independent third party’s service outside our reasonable control, but we remain responsible for our own obligations and any remedies required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website is provided on an as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, constant inventory or a particular cosmetic result. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit or lost opportunity arising from website use, delivery delay outside reasonable control, misuse of a product, or failure to follow product warnings.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, these Terms do not exclude it. Any monetary limitation will not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that applicable law prohibits us from limiting. Consumer remedies under applicable law remain available.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for direct loss, claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the website, fraud, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms. This clause does not apply to loss caused by our own breach or negligence.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance or a material breach. Clauses that by nature should survive termination, including payment, intellectual property, liability, disputes and records, remain effective.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Delhi will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer forum, commission, authority or other venue that applicable law permits a consumer to approach. Before formal proceedings, please contact our grievance representative so we can attempt a good-faith resolution.

General terms

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum necessary and the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms as part of a genuine transfer or reorganization of the business; customers may not assign an order or account without consent where that would affect fulfilment, fraud controls or legal obligations.

We may update these Terms for future use and orders. Material changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights. The Terms and policies in force when an order is accepted will normally govern that order, subject to applicable law.
